Simon Community NI x Digg Deep for Kids: Our Partnership So Far

Together, we’ve been able to restore dignity and bring hope to individuals and families experiencing homelessness across Northern Ireland.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Digg Deep for Kids and our dedicated supporters, Simon Community NI was able to deliver life-changing support:

• £40,000 in donations was used to equip our frontline temporary accommodation services with essential items, including white goods, TVs, tablets, towels, bedding, mattress protectors, beanbags, and chairs.

• 6 defibrillators, valued at £5,700, were provided for our temporary accommodation projects, offering a vital life-saving resource.

• £12,630 was invested in upgrading wi-fi at our Linen Court service in Armagh, enabling clients to stay connected with loved ones and access educational and personal development opportunities.

• £10,000 contributed towards the purchase of a Creating Homes property, earning Digg Deep for Kids the prestigious Diamond Sponsor status.

• £16,500 in emergency hardship grants helped cover energy and food costs, ensuring clients could stay warm and afford essential living expenses.
